1. Final Sale – No Returns or Exchanges
All sales made via Brightepoxy.com are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances—no exceptions.

2. No Refunds
Once payment is received, all transactions are considered complete. No refunds will be issued—whether for change of mind, sizing, aesthetic preference, damage in shipping, or any other reason.

3. Product Description Accuracy
Brightepoxy strives to provide accurate, detailed descriptions and high-resolution images for every product. We encourage you to review these carefully before making a purchase.

4. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective due to a shipping or manufacturing error, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item at support@brightepoxy.com with photo documentation. We will evaluate each case individually. If the issue is verified, we may offer a replacement or a store credit. No monetary refunds will be provided.

5. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before fulfillment, at our sole discretion. Once production or shipping has begun, cancellation is not possible—nor is any type of refund or credit.

6. Custom, Made‑to‑Order, or Personalized Items
All custom or personalized items are automatically final sale. These are non-refundable and non-returnable without exception.

7. Shipping Costs
Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Any further shipping (for replacements or special cases) will be at the customer’s expense unless explicitly stated otherwise.
