At Bright Epoxy, every order is handcrafted with care and love. We aim to deliver your personalized wooden gifts safely and on time, wherever you are.


🪵 1. Order Processing Time

  • Each Tales on Wood product is custom-made, and production begins after we receive your order (or advance payment).

  • Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 2 working days.

  • We will keep you informed in case of any delay beyond the mentioned period.


🇮🇳 2. Domestic Shipping (India)

  • We primarily ship across India via Delhivery and BlueDart, our trusted courier partners.

  • Customers automatically receive tracking details via SMS or WhatsApp from the courier once the order is dispatched.

  • Delivery time is typically 6-7 working days after dispatch.

  • Standard Shipping is free across India.

  • Express Delivery is available at an additional charge (calculated during checkout or confirmed manually).


🚌 3. Emergency or Manual Shipping (Special Cases)

  • In rare urgent cases, we may ship your parcel via bus service or local transport (especially for same-day or 24-hour deliveries).

  • This is done only after customer approval.

  • You will receive all shipping slips and bus details for self-pickup at the nearest station.

  • If extra delivery costs apply (due to weight or urgency), Tales on Wood may split the extra amount 50–50 with the customer — only after mutual consent.


🌍 4. International Shipping

  • Yes, we ship internationally to selected countries.

  • International shipping charges are borne entirely by the customer.

  • Once your order is ready, we will inform you about available courier options and rates.

  • Delivery time varies depending on destination and shipping mode (air or sea).


🧾 5. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email or WhatsApp message once your order has been dispatched.

  • The message will include your tracking number and courier name for real-time updates.

  • If you don’t receive tracking details within 10 days of placing your order, please contact us at brightepoxy1@gmail.com.


🛡️ 6. Delivery Guarantee & Razorpay Protection

Your payment and delivery are protected under Razorpay’s Money Back Promise.

  • If your order is not delivered, damaged, or mismatched, Razorpay’s Buyer Protection covers your payment.

  • You can raise a claim within 2 days of delivery through Razorpay’s Buyer Protection portal.

  • Tales on Wood will also assist you directly in resolving any courier or delivery issue.

📦 7. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your order is damaged in transit or lost before reaching you, Tales on Wood takes full responsibility.

  • We will resend a new replacement product free of charge after verification.

  • Please allow extra time for reproduction and redelivery of custom pieces.


🚫 8. Non-Delivery Due to Incorrect Address

  • Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are correct at checkout.

  • If the package is returned to us due to incorrect address or contact unavailability, redelivery charges may apply.
