3. Product Information

All products are handcrafted and custom-made, which means each item may slightly vary in wood grain, color, or texture. These variations are natural and not considered defects.
Product images on the website are for illustrative purposes only. Actual products may differ slightly due to natural variations and lighting conditions.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices listed are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to update prices at any time without notice.
Payments are accepted via Razorpay, which supports UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking.
All transactions are protected by Razorpay’s SSL-secured gateway for safe and reliable payments.
We do not store or have access to your card details or payment information.

5. Advance & Full Payment Terms

Customers may choose to pay 30% advance to initiate the stencil and design process or make full payment upfront.
Once stencil creation starts, the advance amount is non-refundable.
After stencil approval, the remaining 70% payment must be completed before production and dispatch.
Non-payment of the remaining balance after confirmation will be treated as order abandonment, and the advance will be retained to cover design and artist costs.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We dispatch most orders within 7–10 working days, depending on design complexity.
Deliveries are made through Delhivery, BlueDart, or approved transport services.
You will receive automated tracking details after dispatch.
Standard shipping is free, while express delivery (if chosen) may have additional charges.
In exceptional circumstances, we may send parcels via bus or manual transport with prior customer consent.
International shipping is available; shipping costs are borne by the customer.

7. Returns, Replacements & Refunds

Key highlights:

Returns are accepted only in case of transit damage, wrong product, or mismatch.
The advance amount is non-refundable once stencil work begins.
Refunds (if applicable) are processed through Razorpay’s Money Back Promise in case of non-delivery, wrong item, or verified defect.
Bright Epoxy may provide replacements or store credits as goodwill where applicable.

8. Custom Artwork & Design Ownership

All stencils, sketches, and artwork created by our team are intellectual property of Bright Epoxy.
Customers may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially use the designs without written consent.
We may use your order photos for social media or marketing purposes unless you specifically request otherwise at the time of order.

9. Communication & Promotions

By placing an order, you consent to receive communications (emails, WhatsApp messages, or SMS) related to order updates, shipping, or promotions.
You can opt out of marketing messages anytime by emailing brightepoxy1@gmail.com.

10. Limitation of Liability

Bright Epoxy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product misuse, delays, or courier handling issues beyond our control.
In any case, our total liability shall not exceed the value of the product purchased.

11. Disputes & Resolution

All disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably through direct communication at brightepoxy1@gmail.com.
If unresolved, disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Durg, Chhattisgarh (India) courts only.

12. Privacy

Your use of the website and all personal data shared with us are governed by our Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to Terms
